The hotels location for visiting the theatre and town centre is ideal, just a 5 mins walk away. Parking at the hotel is easy to find and plentiful. The receptionist added an extra day to the parking so we could spend the day in town after checking out. And also kindly gave my daughter a complimentary breakfast, as we were originally going to skip breakfast as she eats so little it wouldn't have been worth us buying one. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean & comfortable, everything worked and it was quiet & peaceful, despite being in the Christmas holidays. The pool was great & the changing room was clean. I had a lovely quiet swim. We had breakfast at 9am and the were no queues and the food was lovely and refilled constantly. I can't fault the hotel and would definitely recommend.

Whilst not the most attractive looking building in Stratford from the outside, the interior was of a very good standard, fresh, modern and friendly. The room was a good size, very clean and well presented with a terrifically comfortable bed. The staff were all very helpful and polite and the breakfast was also excellent. The location was perfect for the theatre and main town restaurants - and although I didn't use the pool and gym facilities, they appeared to be excellent and I would definitely use on return visits. The car parking was also most convenient and with plenty of capacity and the additional cost was not unreasonable compared to similar hotels - I would definitely use again for my next trip.

Excellent service in this perfectly located hotel - we visited for an RSC production and the hotel couldn’t have been in a better location. Easy to park, and so close to the theatre and restaurants. We have stayed in Stratford-upon-Avon before, but this was by far the best hotel for service, convenience and location. We didn’t eat here, so can’t comment on that, but rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed drinks in the bar after the theatre and teas/coffees the morning of our departure. All the staff we encountered were lovely, and that makes all the difference. We will definitely return.

The breakfast was fantastic! Lovely and hot. Lots of choice. The dining room was spacious and well run. Staff were welcoming and efficient. The bed was huge and VERY comfortable. Our room was spotless and well maintained. Shower was lovely and powerful with a good choice of toiletries. We only stayed for one night but could easily have stayed longer to use the additional facilities. Can't wait to return! Perfect location for exploring Stratford.
