The location is perfect to walk in to central Stratford upon Avon and to attend literary festivals held within the hotel function rooms. The car park is huge. The entrance lobbies are welcoming clean fresh and fragrant. The lifts are efficient. My room 2077 was clean and a reasonable size but not huge for the price paid. The shower had very low water pressure and was not easy to adjust to avoid water spilling on to the floor. The bed was comfortable but the provision of a sheet instead of a huge thick duvet would be welcome. The a/c did not go to a low temperature (minimum I could achieve was 17c so I was too hot at night. The lighting was very good and the towels thick, fluffy and quite big. the tea selection was very basic for this type of hotel - the addition of green, herbal or earl grey would be welcome. The breakfast was not of a standard in keeping with the price of the hotel room. The fruit was only a fruit salad rather than freshly cut sliced fruits and berries. The cooked breakfast "specials" were strangely only available at an additional cost. The Blackpudding was dry, hard and tasteless. The bacon had little flavour. Not a good or relaxing Sunday morning breakfast experience. If I stayed again I would go out for breakfast unless this was improved as cafes are so close by.

The hotels location for visiting the theatre and town centre is ideal, just a 5 mins walk away. Parking at the hotel is easy to find and plentiful. The receptionist added an extra day to the parking so we could spend the day in town after checking out. And also kindly gave my daughter a complimentary breakfast, as we were originally going to skip breakfast as she eats so little it wouldn't have been worth us buying one. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean & comfortable, everything worked and it was quiet & peaceful, despite being in the Christmas holidays. The pool was great & the changing room was clean. I had a lovely quiet swim. We had breakfast at 9am and the were no queues and the food was lovely and refilled constantly. I can't fault the hotel and would definitely recommend.

Arrived at the crowne plaza, there is parking right outside, plenty of space and was £12 for 24 hours. The location is great, it was right opposite the main town centre and right by the river. The decor was very impressive as it was Christmas and everything was spotless. The staff we were friendly and very helpful despite a large group of us checking in. We also visited the pool which is located downstairs, it’s a small pool with a nice jacuzzi and steam room. I felt that everything was very clean and tidy. Our bedroom was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. It was the best night sleep I’ve had for a while! Thank you for making my birthday weekend so special. We will definitely be staying again, hopefully soon.

Excellent location; just a short and easy walk right into the very centre of Stratford, shops, theatre, etc. Plenty of parking. Good sized room (we had a standard twin) with comfortable beds and a decent ensuite. Very clean. Quiet. Helpful and friendly reception staff. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that. We were going to stay in the Premier Inn but I think this is worth paying a bit more for! Will definitely book again.

We were able to park in the hotel car park despite there being the Christmas Market on. We also had an early check in which was an added bonus. Hotel was walking distance to the town centre. Lovely Christmas atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect with lots to choose from too. The food, soft drinks and wine in the club room were very nice.
